I've always wanted to help.
Working in libraries, connecting people with information and technology they needed, or fifteen years working in nonprofit administration, streamlining organizations that make the world a better place, the aim was to lend my skills to helping and improving.
I took that same approach with myself and my family, and eventually my clients helping through multiple stages of life, from birth to death. From learning about hoarding and the internal and external conditions around it, the fundamentals of coaching and how to connect people with their strengths, through training as a death doula and taking in the complexities of being a human being alive right now and how that winds down, my education has covered what seems like a disparate range.
But life covers a disparate range, too. It's messy and throws curveballs and will knock you completely off your groove.
And that's okay. I've got your back.
